Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your session is a high-touch, personalized 1:1 experience, and I reserve this time entirely for you. To keep things fair, here are the expectations:

If none of the times work for you:

Just reply to your confirmation email and let me know.
Iā€™ll do my best to find a time that fits your schedule.

If you need to reschedule:

You can reschedule your session up to 72 hours in advance at no cost.
Simply use the reschedule link inside your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy:

These sessions are intentionally limited, so last-minute cancellations take a spot away from someone waiting.

To honor both of our time:

  • 72+ hours before session: no fee, full reschedule

  • 48 hours before: 50% cancellation fee

  • 24 hours or less: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

If an emergency happens:

Life happens. If something serious comes up, just email me as soon as possible and weā€™ll figure out the best path forward.

Missed session/no-show policy:

A missed session with no communication counts as a completed session.
