(And how to move through each one—step by step)

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “all the things” but still not seeing results…

Here are the 4 levels of change—and how to move through them.


🧠 Level 1: Thinking (20%)

This is where it all begins.

You’re thinking about change.
You’re consuming content, journaling, planning, dreaming.

You’re mentally preparing for a new version of you.

🔍 You’re here if:

  • You have big ideas but rarely act on them

  • You’re stuck in overthinking or perfectionism

  • You feel “inspired” but also overwhelmed

✅ To get started:

  • Write down your ideas without judging them

  • Narrow your focus to ONE area you want to improve

  • Ask: “What’s one tiny thing I could do to move this from thought into action?”

⚡ Ready to move on when:
You’ve defined one clear goal and you’re willing to speak it out loud.


🗣 Level 2: Saying (10%)

Now you’re giving language to your change.

You’re speaking your goals into existence.
You’re telling someone your plans. You’re affirming your future self.

Words create awareness—and sometimes accountability.

🔍 You’re here if:

  • You’re talking about the change you want

  • You say “I’m going to…” but haven’t started yet

  • You’re building confidence, but still hesitating to act

✅ To get started:

  • Say your goal out loud every day

  • Use “I am” statements to build identity
    (ex: “I am becoming someone who follows through”)

  • Tell someone you trust what you're working on

⚡ Ready to move on when:
You feel ready to take imperfect action—even if your voice shakes.


🔧 Level 3: Doing (50%)

This is where the biggest shift happens.

You’re no longer just thinking or talking. You’re doing the thing.

Your actions are casting votes for the type of person you want to become.

🔍 You’re here if:

  • You’re taking small consistent actions toward your goal

  • You’re showing up even when it’s uncomfortable

  • You’ve stopped negotiating with your excuses

✅ To keep going:

  • Focus on momentum, not perfection

  • Track small wins daily

  • Use flexible routines (like the 4x4 Method) to support your energy and lifestyle

⚡ Ready to move on when:
Your actions feel natural—like you.


🧬 Level 4: Believing (20%)

This is the most powerful level—and also the quietest.

At this point, your identity has caught up to your habits.
You’re not trying to become her.
You are her.

🔍 You’re here if:

  • You act in alignment with your values, even when no one’s watching

  • You trust yourself to show up

  • You no longer need to “try hard”—you just live it

✅ To deepen belief:

  • Reflect regularly on how far you’ve come

  • Journal: “What proof do I have that I’ve already changed?”

  • Surround yourself with people who reflect this version of you

⚡ You stay here by:
Nurturing the new identity and giving yourself permission to evolve again.
