Now youâre giving language to your change.
Youâre speaking your goals into existence.
Youâre telling someone your plans. Youâre affirming your future self.
Words create awarenessâand sometimes accountability.

This is where the biggest shift happens.
Youâre no longer just thinking or talking. Youâre doing the thing.
Your actions are casting votes for the type of person you want to become.

Youâve stopped negotiating with your excuses

This is the most powerful levelâand also the quietest.
At this point, your identity has caught up to your habits.
Youâre not trying to become her.
You are her.

You no longer need to âtry hardââyou just live it
