🧠 Why Most Weekly Planning Fails
Most women try to plan their week like they’re running a to-do list marathon—cramming in every task, every appointment, every “should.”
Result? Overwhelm. Burnout. And feeling like you’re just spinning your wheels.

The real secret: You need a strategic plan that aligns with your energy, your priorities, and your big dreams.


🔑 Here’s How to Correctly Plan Your Week (And Actually Make Progress)

  1. Start with Your Big Dream—Not Just Your To-Do List
    Ask yourself: What’s the one thing I want to move forward on this week?
    Big dreams don’t happen by accident. They happen when you carve out intentional time for what truly matters.

  2. Identify Your Top 3 Priorities
    Instead of a laundry list, pick 3 things that will make the biggest impact—personally, professionally, or in your relationships.
    (Example: Launch that new course, declutter the home office, or schedule quality time with your kids.)

  3. Schedule Your Non-Negotiables First
    Block out time for your priorities—just like you would for a meeting or an appointment.
    This is your “power time” where your dreams get real attention.

  4. Assign Practical, Small Tasks
    Break each priority into tiny, doable steps—things you can do in 10-15 minutes.
    Remember: Small steps lead to big change.

  5. Leave Room for Flexibility & Self-Care
    Your energy fluctuates—so plan buffer zones and moments for rest.
    This isn’t about perfection; it’s about sustainability.
