A real glow-up starts when you stop chasing goals you think you “should” want… and get honest about what you actually want.

Mini Exercise:
Answer these 3 prompts in your journal:

  1. If I could do anything this summer and be guaranteed success, what would I do?

  2. What lights me up when I talk about it?

  3. What version of me do I secretly dream of becoming?

💭 Step 2: Identify Your Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are the invisible chains keeping you stuck.
Let’s break a few.

Common Summer Saboteurs:

  • “It’s too late to change.”

  • “I’ll never stick with it anyway.”

  • “Other people are better/more consistent/put together.”

Reframe Practice:
Pick one limiting belief → Rewrite it like this:
❌ “I’m too inconsistent.”
✅ “I’m learning how to show up for myself in small ways every day.”

Repeat daily. Until it feels true. (It will.)


🔄 Step 3: Create a Confidence Loop

Confidence doesn’t come first—completion does.

Use the Confidence Loop:

  1. Have courage to start (even if it’s messy)

  2. Repeat a habit or task (even if it’s small)

  3. Celebrate completion (even if it’s tiny)

  4. Build confidence from showing up

Fuel your body. Care for it like it loves you back. Because it does.


🥗 Step 1: Simplify Your Health Habits

4 Glow-Up Habits to Build On:

  • Movement: Pick a form of movement that feels good (walks, dance, strength, yoga—anything that makes you feel alive).

  • Fuel: Focus on adding more water, color, protein, and fiber.

  • Sleep: Aim for a bedtime that actually lets you rest (no doom scrolling, babe).

  • Sunshine & Stillness: 10 mins of fresh air + 1 minute of quiet each day = glow from within.

Pro tip: Stack habits. Example → Drink water while sitting outside. Two habits, one moment.


💅 Step 2: Create a “Hot Girl Healing” Routine

Glow-up ≠ grind. Glow-up = grace.

Create a routine that feels like a reward, not a chore.
