Step 1: P = Purpose – Get Clear on What Actually Matters

If you don’t know where to start, start with getting clear on your purpose. Without clarity, it’s easy to chase goals that don’t actually fulfill you.

How to Find Your Purpose

✅ List what excites you & what drains you – What makes you feel alive? What exhausts you?
✅ Identify what you truly love vs. what you think you “should” do – Separate external expectations from what actually matters to you.
✅ Ask: If nothing was holding me back, what would I pursue?

Step 2: L = Lay Out Aligned Goals – Set Goals That Work for You

The biggest mistake people make when setting goals? They pick goals based on pressure, not passion.

How to Set Goals That Stick

✔️ Min-Main-Max Goals – Set three versions of each goal:

  • Minimum Goal (bare minimum to stay consistent)
  • Main Goal (your realistic, achievable target)
  • Maximum Goal (a big stretch goal for when you have extra energy)

✔️ Balance Your Life Categories – Your goals should support ALL areas of life:
💪 Health (physical, mental, emotional)
💼 Career & Finances (work goals, financial stability)
💖 Relationships (family, friendships, community)
🧘‍♀️ Self-Care & Personal Growth (hobbies, creativity, rest)

✔️ Break It Down – Ask yourself:
👉 What’s ONE thing I can do today to move forward?

Step 3: A = Aligned Action – Actually Follow Through

Goals without action? They’re just ideas.
The key to consistency isn’t more motivation—it’s having a system that makes action feel easy.

How to Stay on Track

✔️ Schedule Time for Your Goals – If it’s not scheduled, it won’t happen. Block off time just like you do for work or errands.
✔️ Use My 5-Step Planning Method – Plan in categories so you don’t burn out.
✔️ Make Habits EASY – Start small, adjust based on your energy levels.

Step 1: Spot the Belief

🔍 What thought is holding you back? (Example: “I always fall off track.”)

Step 2: Challenge It

❌ Is this actually true?
💡 What proof do I have that I CAN follow through?

Step 3: Reframe It

🔄 Instead of “I never stick to things” → Try: “I am learning to stay consistent in ways that work for me.”

🔑 Your thoughts shape your actions. Change your beliefs, change your life.
