Light a candle, play some music, and whisper:

“I’m allowed to know myself again.”

Step 2: Dump the Noise
Journal: Who have I been trying to be lately?
Write out all the roles, expectations, and pressure that don’t feel like you anymore.

Step 3: Remember Who You Are
Journal about a time you felt most yourself.
What were you doing? Who were you with? What didn’t you care about then that you obsess over now?

Step 4: Who Do You Want to Be Now?
Prompt: If I could be anyone—with no fear, pressure, or judgment—what kind of person would I be?
Describe her life. Her habits. Her energy.

Step 5: Take 1 Tiny Step
Circle one part of that vision you can do today.
Say no. Wear the outfit. Go for the walk. Turn off your phone.

You’re not lost. You’re just buried.
